Ingredients for Aloo Coriander curry

Potatoes – 10 (400 grams) (boiled)

Coriander – 100 grams

Green chili – 3

Ginger – 1/2 inch piece

Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp

Kasuri Methi – Tsp

Black pepper – 4

Cardamom – 1


Lemon – 1

Oil – 3-4 tbsp

Salt – 3/4 tsp

How to make Aloo Coriander Recipe

To make coriander dum potato vegetable, first, peel the boiled potatoes.

Put three tablespoons of oil in a pan and heat it. When the oil is hot, add peeled boiled potatoes to it. Roast the potatoes till they turn slightly brown. Roast the potatoes on medium heat and keep stirring them occasionally to make them roasted well.

Once the potatoes are roasted well, take them out on a plate.

Clean the coriander, remove the thick stems, wash the leaves with clean water, and keep them in a sieve and dry them until all the water has dried. Chop coriander roughly. Take green chili and ginger too thick. Now put green coriander, chili, ginger in the mixer jar, add a little water, and make a paste.
Apply temper

Add one tablespoon to the pan and add cumin seeds. After frying cumin, add cloves, black pepper, big cardamom seeds, and fry it well. Now add Kasuri Methi and mix it.

Now put the prepared coriander spice paste in it, add half a cup of water, and mix everything well. Add salt and potatoes to the spices and mix.

Allow the potatoes to cook in the gravy for 4-5 minutes on medium heat. After 5 minutes, check the vegetable. A vegetable is ready, turn off the gas. Add lemon juice to the vegetable and mix it out in a bowl. Aloo Coriander Recipe

Dum Aloo Coriander Gravy is ready. Garnish it with ginger and decorate it. You can serve this vegetable full of taste with any number of paranthas, chapattis, naan, or rice.


You can also add mango powder instead of lemon juice.
