Mango Barfi Recipe
In the summer season, mangoes are very much liked, and if everyone’s choice is found in sweets, then the thing will be something else today. We will make mango barfi. Mango and gram flour together give a delicious taste. Mango Barfi Recipe
Ripe Mango Pulp – 1 cup
Gram flour – 1 cup
Sugar – 3/4 cup (150 grams)
Ghee – 1/3 cup (80 grams)
Cashews – 10-12
Pistachios – 10-12
Cardamom Powder – 5-6
To make gram flour barfi, firstly fry gram flour to fry gram flour, add 1/3 cup ghee in a pen, and after the ghee gets hot, add a cup of gram flour and fry it on a low flame till it turns brown. And after frying the gram flour, take it out in a vessel.
Now put a cup of mango pulp and 3/4 sugar in a pan and cook till it gets thick. After the mango pulp becomes thick, add gram flour, cashew, and cardamom and stir it to the barfi’s consistency. Mango Barfi Recipe
Now apply ghee in a plate, make it smooth, spread the barfi solution in it, and add chopped cashews and pistachios on top of the batter, press the barfi lightly, and keep it cool for 7 to 8 hours.
Once the barfi is frozen, cut it into pieces of your choice and heat the plate lightly so that the barfi gets out quickly and can be eaten for a month by keeping it in the freeze.
If the color of your mango is white, then you can add a yellow tint to it.
You can take any dry fruit of your choice.
To check mango pulp’s consistency, you can try mixing a little barfi solution in a bowl.
